Andre Mileti is the Chief Revenue Officer at WorkBright, where he leads all go-to-market execution for the company’s industry-leading HR compliance platform. Before joining WorkBright, Andre served as Product Evangelist for Talent Experience at Bullhorn, where he drove market education and adoption of modern talent engagement practices and helped shape product strategy for one of the staffing industry’s most widely used platforms. Prior to Bullhorn, he was a founding team member at Able (acquired by Bullhorn), leading all go-to-market initiatives.

Andre’s career began in tech and eCommerce, helping major brands optimize customer experiences and scale growth through innovative product and UX strategies.
