Complete vaccination status in minutes right from their phone!

1. Employees receive a notification instructing them to sign in to the employers WorkBright portal using  their computer, tablet or phone to complete the forms included with the Mobile Vaccination and Testing Tracker (MVATT).
2. The employee is presented with their dashboard and a friendly welcome screen asking them to fill out the required forms below.
3. To complete each form, they click the start button and are walked through a wizard with instructions to complete. All digital forms are fully functional allowing acknowledgments, wet digital signatures, and vaccination card photo uploads using their phone camera or any device they prefer.
4. After each form is completed, they are returned to their dashboard screen with a progress bar and can move onto the next form until they have finished everything and the progress bar shows complete. The entire process takes just minutes!

Employer Admin Experience

Secure, virtually hands-free vaccination + testing management!

1. The employer Account Administrator has a quick set-up time since everything from workflow to forms come ready to go with WorkBright’s MVATT software package. To get started the admin simply needs to upload the company specific COVID-19 policy, add staff, set form due dates and customize email messages if preferred.
2. Sit back and monitor form completions from the dashboard worry free knowing that auto reminders are being sent to employees with any outstanding forms requiring completion as the due date approaches.
3. Once the vaccination policy and survey forms have been completed, the admin will review and accept individually with a click then based on the details of the employer policy, separate the employees based on their vaccination status with a simple bulk action tool.
4. With all employees assigned to the corresponding vaccination groups, additional forms and workflows can now be assigned appropriately to each group.

• • The vaccinated group will be assigned the form requesting to upload their vaccination card.
  • If the employer policy requires it, the unvaccinated group will receive a form requesting to upload their COVID-19 test results. The form and due date can be assigned weekly with a simple bulk action that takes just minutes to complete!
