What’s changed
Previously, WorkBright’s integration with E-Verify was contained to certain steps and case statuses. Customers who had E-Verify cases returned as TNCs had to log into E-Verify directly, print the Further Action Notice and manage the process outside of WorkBright.
This new integration changes all of that: gone are the days of juggling multiple systems and platforms to manage your E-Verify cases. With this latest feature update, you can now access and resolve all E-Verify case statuses directly within the WorkBright platform. Whether it’s a Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC), Photo-match, Unconfirmed data, Scan and Upload, Manual Review, or Close case and Resubmit, admins can remain in WorkBright for the full case access and resolution process.
It’s like having a spark plug to jumpstart your onboarding process – faster, easier and streamlined!

- Effortless Resolution: Tackling E-Verify cases has never been smoother. Our intuitive in-app access and resolution workflow guides you through the process step by step, ensuring you’re equipped with the information you need to resolve cases quickly and accurately.
- Error Mitigation: In line with our commitment to constantly improve on our product, we’ve also enhanced our existing Form I-9 data validation to help to decrease submission errors. What this means is that when data does not match required criteria, we highlight errors before the form can be submitted. Contrast this to our competitors who don’t catch errors in real-time, leaving the administrator to search for the error after submission.
- With the DHS extending virtual reviews and leveraging the E-Verify Alternative Procedure, this enhanced E-Verify integration couldn’t come at a better time. Now you can automatically send your completed Form I-9’s with the Alternative Procedure checkbox to E-Verify and resolve any non-confirmed cases without ever leaving WorkBright!

How it works
Getting started with the complete E-Verify workflow is a breeze. When you log into your WorkBright account, you’ll notice any E-Verify case updates are highlighted for your attention. From there, you can view, update and respond to cases in just a few clicks.
With the TNC and Unconfirmed Data status resolution, WorkBright now supports 100% of E-Verify status resolution in-app. With our intuitive dashboards and workflows, we’re excited about providing an end-to-end solution to help reduce administrative burden and get employees to work faster.
