I’m the data-driven CEO behind WorkBright. I have had the privilege of leading our mission to ease administrative burdens and Form I-9 pain for HR professionals. I’m thrilled to say that we’ve done so while maintaining WorkBright’s B Corp status and consistent placement on Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work.

In my years leading WorkBright, I’ve experienced the pain our customers face. While growing a fully remote team, distributing and collecting new hire paperwork would be a nightmare if we didn’t use our own product! WorkBright frees my time so I can manage the company instead of the paperwork.
