When WorkBright was founded in 2014, our focus was simple: to remove the challenges of paperwork and I-9 compliance during onboarding (and save a few trees in the process). Our mission was to empower people to get to work faster.
That mission remains our north star and the foundation for everything we do as a company, but it’s grown to mean much more. Nearly ten years in, things look very different than they did just a few years ago! The landscape continues to change and evolve from the rise in remote working due to the pandemic to significant changes in I-9 verification compliance. WorkBright has grown tremendously, too- from a few employees to a flourishing B Corp certified company.
As an agile startup and growing business, we have always prided ourselves on responding quickly to changing needs. This most recent update is no different- we are thrilled to unveil the new WorkBright brand. Reflecting our growth as a leader in the HR tech space, this new brand represents the next step forward for WorkBright as we build on our foundation and look toward the journey ahead.
HR and onboarding platforms can be tedious and mundane. Through our product and purpose, we’re out to change that.
