Grievance Reporting for Legal and Ethical Violations

WorkBright is committed to transparency, accountability, and the well-being of all our stakeholders. We believe that providing a clear and fair grievance process is essential to maintaining trust and fostering open communication.

We welcome any stakeholder — including employees, customers, suppliers, community members, or partners — to raise concerns or grievances through our formal process outlined below.

We accept grievances related to: Violations of company policies or codes of conduct; Unethical behavior or practices; Health, safety, environmental, or social impacts; Human rights violations; Discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, Any actions inconsistent with our commitment to responsible business practices.

If your concern falls outside these areas, we will provide a clear explanation as to why it may not be handled through this grievance process.

Here is the process you can expect when submitting a grievance:

  1. Submission: Submit your grievance by emailing HR@WorkBright.com. Should you witness behavior that you wish to report anonymously, we have a formalized feedback and complaint mechanism beyond direct reporting lines to address concerns. Report your issues, complaints or concerns anonymously at SAFEHOTLINE.COM. Our Company ID number is 7864384615 (required for making reports). Please note: Complaints submitted anonymously will be investigated to the fullest extent we are able to with the information provided. 
  2. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 5 days via email. 
  3. Initial Review: We will review your submission within 10 business days to determine if it meets the grounds for a grievance. If accepted, we will begin an investigation. If not accepted, we will provide you with a written explanation.
  4. Investigation: A thorough and impartial investigation will be conducted, involving relevant parties as needed.
  5. Resolution and Response: We will communicate the outcome of the investigation, the steps taken, and any actions to resolve the grievance. Our goal is to communicate the outcome within 45 days of filing the complaint. Resolutions may include but are not limited to mediation, corrective action plans, policy or process changes, and providing additional documentation.
  6. Follow-Up: We will confirm when the matter is considered resolved. If applicable, we may schedule a follow-up to ensure ongoing compliance or satisfaction.

Note: In complex cases, we may extend deadlines but will communicate updates regularly.

WorkBright strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who raise grievances in good faith. All employees review and sign a Whistleblower Protection Policy in our company handbook. 

The Company maintains its commitment to integrity and ethical behavior, and to operating its business with honesty and complying with all applicable laws. Additionally, the Company is committed to maintaining a workplace where employees are free to raise good faith concerns regarding its business practices. It is the responsibility of every employee to immediately report suspected violations of our policies, or federal, state, or local laws. 

In accordance with Whistleblower Protection regulations, the Company will not tolerate harassment, retaliation, or any type of discrimination against any employee who makes a good faith complaint and/or participates in an investigation. Whistleblowers are encouraged to come forward without fear of losing their job, damaging their reputation, or suffering any form of retaliation.

Any employee, manager, or third party found to have retaliated against a whistleblower will face serious disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, termination of contracts, or legal action as appropriate.

To ensure the protection of whistleblowers:

  • Whistleblowers may submit reports anonymously if they choose with safehotline.com.
  • Reports will be handled by designated, trained personnel to maintain confidentiality.
  • Only individuals directly involved in the investigation will have access to the identity of the whistleblower (when known).
  • Regular audits will be conducted to ensure no retaliatory practices occur.
  • Independent third parties may be engaged to assess potential risks for vulnerable stakeholders.
  • All grievances and whistleblower reports are documented securely, and access is strictly limited.

This Whistleblower Protection Policy is reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and to incorporate evolving best practices for whistleblower rights and protections.
