Pricing – FAQs

How does your pricing work?

You select the package that best suits your business needs, and then pricing will be based upon a flat rate per Onboard License aligned with the volume of your annual new hires. Our cost per license goes down as your volume goes up.

For our Onboarding Product: If an employee completes three or more forms in a calendar year, they count as an Onboard License.

This allows you to have employees complete basic information year after year, like benefits enrollment, without having to pay again for that employee!

For our Smart I-9 Product: If an employee completes a Section 2 or Section 3 in a calendar year, they count as an Onboard License.

For employers with a high amount of drop-off in the onboarding flow, this ensures that you only pay for employees who make it through Section 2 and are ready to start work!

Our Starter tier is limited to five administrators. However, admins are unlimited for our Growth and Premium tiers, where you’re able to leverage advanced user permissions to block sensitive data and tighten control over who can see what information in your system..

Yes! All of our contracts are on an annual basis but we can offer you monthly terms for a 15% surcharge.

Our agreements allow you to use your Onboarding licenses anytime over the course of a year, so you are able to take advantage of volume discounts with the flexibility to use them anytime to align with seasonal or full-time hiring needs.

If you use our Smart I-9 product, you can rest assured that you’re only paying for a license when an employee completes Section 2 or Section 3 and is ready to get to work.

If you use our Onboarding product and have high onboarding drop-off or turnover, talk with one of our representatives about how we can support you.

No, you are welcome to have as many administrators in the system as you need to onboard your employees effectively and we recommend giving each administrator a unique login for tracking and auditing purposes.

IF you have over 5 administrators we do recommend adding on “User Permissions” as shown above so you can block sensitive data and tighten control over who can see what information in your system.
