Customer Information

Please submit the email address of the customer who signed the RetroTax contract.

From here, here is what happens on our end:

a) We clone in the

b) We receive authorization to add a Retrotax representative as a temporary admin to their account (hopefully they provide that authorization in the first email)

c) Once we have authorization, add Paul Commons ([email protected]) as a Full Access admin to the account.

d) Shoot Paul an email letting him know you’ve added him, put the form in place, and to set up the integration.

e) Notify the customer when complete (I think Paul will let you know when it’s setup)

f) Remove Paul’s admin access.
