E-Verify Information Submission

Submit Your Account Information

In order to add the E-Verify module to your WorkBright account, we need to collect a few pieces of information that will allow the WorkBright system to interface with the E-Verify database.

Log in to your E-Verify account at https://e-verify.uscis.gov/web/Login.aspx and enter or copy the following information exactly as it is written in the “Company Information” section of your account.

#1: Company Name: Your Company Name, NOT your DBA Name

#2: Company ID Number: This is the 7 digit ID code used to identify your company

#3: User ID #: Your admin User ID which you can find at the top right corner of E-Verify

What Happens Next?

As soon as we have received your information, we send it to E-Verify which will create new admin credentials allowing WorkBright to interface with E-Verify on behalf of your organization. We have found this takes on average 3-5 business days.

As soon as those credentials are received by the WorkBright team, the E-Verify module will be added to your account and you will receive an email from your customer success representative letting you know that the module has been activated and showing you how to configure your account.
